A - Start or connect with a group devoted to sharing medicinal plants, knowledge, healthy food, and/or wellness practices.
B - Pay MAN hours for healthy food, complementary care, or other health and wellness needs. Allopathic physicians have also been known to use timebanking.
C - Use a Common Good card or cashless credit for wellness services or products from local individuals or businesses.
D - Create or borrow from a Common Fund to build a health and wellness-oriented pool that can be used for preventative, complementary, or lower-level health expenses.
