An inquisitive revolutionary born of world-traveling West African parents, I searched for 3 decades over 3 continents for - I didn't know it at the time - psychological safety.

Now, I know my role in the world is to shift people's perspective of themselves and the world around them, to welcome in the new story of planetary consciousness that is rising. 

As a holistic leadership mentor, I partner with purpose-driven leaders and organizations to successfully navigate our current metacrisis (global period of transition), with optimism. 

One of my gifts is the ability to transfer to others the skillset of cultivating genuine psychological safety and trust in their homes and organizations.

About the Offers and Needs Market:

The Offers and Needs Market (OANM) is a 2-hour container for people to share what they can offer and what they need and make connections, all in a relaxed setting.

It is the backbone of an alternative ecosystem to the market economy that has been stripping our social, spiritual, experiential, intellectual and natural commons dry to offer these precious resources up to the god of profit maximization.

We are not interested in destroying the market / money economy, but we know that its days are numbered anyway. Our recent pandemic showed us that the old 'business as usual' rules are unsustainable and no longer apply.

The OANM is a tool that supports us in supporting ourselves as an alternative to depending on monetary transactions in a world that is growing ever more VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous), so we can still thrive as a community.
